Rosemary Ryan, Managing Director |

Rosemary is the Managing Director and founder of The Meetings Manager. With over 250 events to her credit, she has a proven track record in the successful delivery of meetings and events both with Australia and internationally including Asia Pacific and Europe.
She specialises in handling complex projects where her ability to manage the varying political sensitivities of a number of stakeholders is showcased. Her prior experience on the personal staff of a federal minister has given her a solid understanding of the way government operates and its requirements.
Rosemary has extensive experience in the energy industry, organising meetings and events for government departments and private sector organisations on gas, coal, electricity and the environment.
In addition to her meetings and events management role, she is the Secretary of the Energy Alliance of Australia; and Secretary of APGAS (the APEC Gas Forum).
Rosemary has achieved Accreditation as a 'Certified Event Manager' and is a member of the PCO Association (Professional Conference Organisers). She is also a long standing member of MEA (Meetings and Events Association).

Helen joined The Meetings Manager in 1999 bringing with her an extensive experience in the medical sector in the UK and Australia. Her previous role with a national Australian charity included speaking engagements as well as being involved in the organisation of major events. This has given her an understanding of both sides of the event equation.
During the last 11 years, Helen has managed more than 75 national and international conferences throughout Australia and New Zealand. She is particularly experienced with the management of state and national association conferences and events. Helen's reputation is built on long standing relationships with her clients, whose continuing engagement demonstrates their belief in her ability. |

Claire joined our team in 2008 bringing with her a strong background in retail customer service as well as creative flair from her career in the Floristry Industry.
Claire has turned these skills toward producing professional brochures and booklet designs for our clients and has proven her ability to quickly adapt to the demands of conference administration.
Her professional but friendly, outgoing personality has been invaluable, both in on-site management of our clients’ exhibitors and attending to the needs of delegates. |

Kirsten joined The Meetings Manager team on a 10 week contract in 2007 and is still with us. With an MBA and a Diploma in Event Management, Kirsten brings to the team her broad experience in private industry in the events, human resources, training and administration fields.
Her methodical structured approach to event management ensures our clients receive a seamless, successful event. |
